Welcome to the LEO Receipt Processor. By using this tool, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading files or using any feature of this tool, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. How the Tool Works

The LEO Receipt Processor is a web-based tool that allows you to:

• Upload receipt images and PDFs (JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, BMP, TIFF)
• Have transaction data (date, payee, amount, item) automatically extracted using AI
• Download an organised spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) and a ZIP archive of renamed receipt files

No account creation or login is required. The tool is available for immediate use.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload files that you have the legal right to process (your own receipts, invoices, or documents you are authorised to handle).
• You may not use this tool to process illegal, fraudulent, or stolen documents.
• You may not attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service through automated scripts, excessive uploads, or denial-of-service attacks.
• The total upload size per session is limited to 100 MB.

4. Free Access & Limitations

• The LEO Receipt Processor is currently offered free of charge.
• We may introduce usage limits, subscriptions, or paid tiers in the future, which will come with updated terms.
• We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to any user or region without prior notice.

5. Data Handling & Automatic Deletion

• All uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically and permanently deleted 10 minutes after processing is complete.
• We do not store, archive, or back up any of your files beyond this 10-minute window.
• You are responsible for downloading your output files before they expire. We cannot recover deleted files.

6. AI Features & Disclaimer

• AI-powered data extraction is provided by Google Gemini. Extracted data (dates, amounts, payee names, item descriptions) is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
• You are responsible for reviewing all extracted data before using it in accounting records, expense claims, or any official documents.
• We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-extracted data, or for any decisions made based on that data.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All branding, design, code, and content of the LEO Receipt Processor belong to the creator of LEO.
• You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of this tool or its branding.
• Your uploaded files remain your property. We claim no ownership over your receipts or generated output files.

8. Limitation of Liability

• This tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, processing accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any data loss (including failure to download files before the 10-minute expiry), service interruptions, AI extraction errors, or any damages arising from your use of this tool.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to this tool shall not exceed zero dollars, as this is a free service.

9. Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to this tool for any user who violates these terms or misuses the service, without prior notice or explanation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Malaysia.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
